At Tactical Detail, we take honor and integrity seriously and are committed to offering you the best service possible. However, we do require access to your vehicle's keys so we can roll the windows down and ensure they are cleaned with maximum effort. Rest assured, your vehicle will be in safe and capable hands with our professional detailer.

A: At Tactical Detail LLC, we strive to provide a seamless and efficient detailing service. To ensure the best results and to help you keep track of your personal belongings, we kindly ask that you remove all personal items from your vehicle before our team arrives. This includes items like sunglasses, documents, and electronics. By doing this, you’ll know exactly where your items are after the detail is complete, and you won’t risk losing that all-important car charger or any other essential item. Removing personal items also allows our technician to focus solely on making your vehicle look its absolute best. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us deliver outstanding service.

A: We strive to make our mobile detailing service as convenient as possible for you. While it is helpful and can make the process a bit quieter if you have a power outlet and water connection available for use, we come fully prepared with our own equipment. Our detail trailer is equipped with a generator and a 65-gallon water tank, allowing us to provide top-notch detailing services at your home or workplace without needing any additional resources from you. This ensures that your vehicle receives the best possible care, no matter where you are located in Coeur d'Alene, ID, or the surrounding areas.

A: After Harold completes your vehicle's detailing, he does his best to remove any excess water. However, to ensure a thorough drying process, we recommend airing out your vehicle for one hour once Harold leaves. This helps to prevent any potential mold, mildew, or unpleasant smells that could occur if damp carpets are covered with rubber mats. By allowing your vehicle adequate dry time, you help maintain its fresh and clean condition.
